Ali R\u0131za Duru<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.Giri\u015f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00fcya Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan 01.12.2025 \u2013 30.12.2025 tarihleri aras\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen 2025 T\u00fcrkiye R\u00fcya Temalar\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 boyunca g\u00f6r\u00fclen r\u00fcyalar\u0131n genel tematik, duygusal ve i\u00e7eriksel \u00f6zelliklerini ortaya koymay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu do\u011frultuda ankette; demografik de\u011fi\u015fkenlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra r\u00fcya i\u00e7eri\u011fini etkileyebilece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen uyku d\u00fczeni, psikopatolojik belirtiler ve madde kullan\u0131m\u0131 gibi alanlara ili\u015fkin sorulara yer verilmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca r\u00fcyalarda bask\u0131n duygudurumlar, r\u00fcya ile uyan\u0131k ya\u015fam aras\u0131ndaki benzerlik ve ayr\u0131\u015fmalar; kabuslar, tekrarlayan r\u00fcyalar, l\u00fcsid (bilin\u00e7li) r\u00fcyalar ve prekognitif (\u00f6nsezisel) r\u00fcyalar gibi farkl\u0131 r\u00fcya t\u00fcrleri kategorik olarak de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 boyunca T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ve d\u00fcnyada ya\u015fanan toplumsal, ekonomik ve travmatik olaylar\u0131n r\u00fcya i\u00e7eriklerine yans\u0131mas\u0131 da ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f; r\u00fcyan\u0131n yaln\u0131zca bireysel bir deneyim de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda sosyal ve kolektif psikolojik s\u00fcre\u00e7lere a\u00e7\u0131k bir alan oldu\u011fu varsay\u0131m\u0131ndan hareket edilmi\u015ftir. Bu raporda, anketten elde edilen ve \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan bulgular \u201c2025 T\u00fcrkiye R\u00fcya Temalar\u0131\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda sunulmaktad\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya toplam 299 ki\u015fi kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, R\u00fcya Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda Uz.Psk.Dan. Ali R\u0131za Duru taraf\u0131ndan tasarlanm\u0131\u015f ve y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Veriler, \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i anket y\u00f6ntemiyle toplanm\u0131\u015f; raporlama s\u00fcreci tamamlanm\u0131\u015f ve istatistiksel analizler Psk. Tu\u011f\u00e7e Bozdo\u011fan ile Uz.Psk.Dan. Ali R\u0131za Duru taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, toplumsal haf\u0131zaya katk\u0131 sunmak amac\u0131yla 2023 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren her y\u0131l aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda uygulanan, r\u00fcyalar\u0131n toplumsal ve psikolojik ba\u011flamlar\u0131n\u0131 izlemeyi hedefleyen toplumsal yarar ama\u00e7l\u0131 informel bir izleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00d6nemi&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, r\u00fcyalar\u0131n yaln\u0131zca bireysel psikodinamik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131; ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumsal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve duygusal iklimle etkile\u015fim halinde \u015fekillenen bir anlat\u0131 alan\u0131 sundu\u011funu g\u00f6stermesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. 2025 verileri, r\u00fcyalar\u0131n; kayg\u0131, tehdit alg\u0131s\u0131, belirsizlik ve kontrol kayb\u0131 gibi duygusal temalar\u0131 yo\u011fun bi\u00e7imde bar\u0131nd\u0131rarak, bireylerin g\u00fcndelik ya\u015famda ifade edemedi\u011fi duygulan\u0131mlar\u0131 sembolik bir dil arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ortaya koydu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, r\u00fcyalar\u0131n toplumsal olaylara verilen gecikmeli ve dolayl\u0131 tepkileri anlamada \u00f6nemli bir kaynak oldu\u011funu ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. S\u00fcre\u011fen kriz alg\u0131s\u0131, afet belle\u011fi ve ili\u015fkisel g\u00fcvensizliklerin r\u00fcyalarda tekrar eden temalar halinde g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi; bireysel bilin\u00e7d\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n, toplumsal ya\u015fant\u0131yla g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir etkile\u015fim i\u00e7inde oldu\u011funu desteklemektedir. Bu ba\u011flamda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, r\u00fcyalar\u0131 yaln\u0131zca klinik de\u011fil; toplumsal ruh halini izlemeye olanak tan\u0131yan bir g\u00f6sterge alan\u0131 olarak ele almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca bu veriler, psikoterapi, klinik de\u011ferlendirme ve psikososyal m\u00fcdahalelerde r\u00fcyalar\u0131n anlamland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara g\u00fcncel ve yerel bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve sunma potansiyeline sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.Demografik \u00d6zellikler<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.1.
